"Manufacturing is scheduled to be transferred to other states, country so many jobs were/are going to be lost."

"Management has been working for years on growing the company and has been very successful until the economic downturn. Our management works with and communicates very closely with monthly meeting with all groups and we were free to ask questions and make suggestions."
