What do you like about working at All Star Catering?

"Variety of Ethnic foods during the Jazz season, summer time at the race track can be great fun, and working baseball has its own rewards. When we do special dinners for important people - recieving a personal thankyou from politcians or other country leaders is very nice."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Catering companies are a feast or famine entity. One week you'll be doing 60+ hours, another week you're lucky to get 5. Hours can be long and late, and they will also change alot. This company in particulay has the addest time I have dealt with."

What don't you like about working at All Star Catering?

"Demands increase - pay stays the same. Internal politics will also put a damper on production, lack of respect for one another is also a hinderance"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Actually walk in our shoes for a week. Just sitting in the airconditioned office and giving orders does not constitute working together. Thet really need to work my stations when I have no ventilation or air."
