"They do not provide yearly reviews or yearly salary increases. They do not tell you this when you are hired. They provide a tough Sales Quota to meet which if achieved will provide a bonus based on the amount of Sales you provided."

"To make everyone aware on how the firm focuses on the bonus plan to compensate on no salary increases and they fell the harder you work on meeting your Sales Quotas will compensate for the increase on your base salary."
