"I've worked for ALK since 2013. The company's culture when I first started had always been the primary reason for my fulfillment. Unfortunately with so many drastic changes and layoffs recently it has caused a major shift in morale both personally and around the office. ALK has very little room for advancement and no real blueprint in place for the next step in your career path. All in all, ALK is still accomplishing great things for people that suffer from allergies. My only hope is that they go back to focusing on the needs of its people."

"Family run. Very unprofessional staff. No direction. No leadership. Poor management on all levels. No marketing, no sales support, no technical support."
