"I have worked at Alivation Health for more than 5 years. I have experienced the working environment to be quite challenging. Things change day to day to meet up with the demands of the ever changing paradigm of the healthcare industry along with the achieving the goals of the executive management."
"The company seemed to be a perfect place to help grow a career. It was in the middle of a brand re-launch and was growing at a good pace. However, the business side of the healthcare company has a cancer. It is one of conceit and bragging rights of hiring and firing individuals. When a company grows too fast and does not have anybody on staff who understands how to systematically step into this larger footprint, bad things are bound to happen. Most notably there is not any direction from some of the senior management team on what projects/tasks are most important and should be completed. There are not any timelines given even though the hiring/firing manager will state they had given such deadlines. These are given as reasons on the termination paperwork so former employees cannot have the option of drawing unemployment. If you are looking for a job, be weary of getting into this type of environment where the business side and the medical side do not understand how to stay out of each others' way."
