What do you like about working at Aliptia?
"The potential for success at Aliptia was there in the beginning. I was the first employee hired. I helped create business plans, sales plans, and build our product lines. It was very promising in the beginning creating a plan and then executing."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Ask many questions!"
What don't you like about working at Aliptia?
"Aliptia is not client focused. The partners did not stick with the business plan/or sales plan. It was originally planned that for every sales/BD rep, there would be 7-9 engineering consultants. But, due to the economy, and friends of the partners getting laid off at other companies, some were asked to come on as project managers or sales with no experience in either. With 4 sales people and only 2 billable resources, it will be very difficult to sustain the business."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Go back to the original plan, and start over."
