"If you interview with this company for non patient care area, I hope you are related to a physician or have a friend or relative in a management area."

What don't you like about working at Alina Health?

"I do not like the management some non patient care areas. They are managed by people who know very little if anything about patient care or even about management. Some managers/supervisors feel threatened if others know more then they do so they bully them into quitting or find excuses to let them go."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If you would like to see honest results during employee engagement, be good to your employees all year and do things to make them feel like part of a team."
