"Have an inside track or be related to someone who works here. Otherwise, you're stuck"

What don't you like about working at Align?

"Contract work is difficult. No way to really set up for growth since I'm essentially a mercinary"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Focus more on the employees. Give each contract equal share, not just the big one."
