"I've worked for Alfred Matthews a little over 3 years and ever since I've been working there I have gotten the experience and knowledge that I wanted but somehow the way they treat their employees is not for me. I work hard enough to earn my wages and earnings just like any other hard worker that's trying to be successful and help their families become successful workers as well. When there's favoritism at a job, that just makes you open your eyes and realize that the one that works hard is not receiving what he deserves. That is not right and it is not the American way."
