What do you like about working at Alfa Laval?

"It was o.k. good even, until Alfa Laval moved it's Machining capabilites to Serole India and Kanshun China. It was all a downward spiral after that."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"It would probably be a great place for employment if your working your way through college or a good starting oppertunity for a process engineer. The key to being their is don't be late, don't refuse overtime, and don't above all try to influence policy as it is NOT an American Corporation and the decisions are actually made in Sweden."

What don't you like about working at Alfa Laval?

"The World Class pipe dream management has/had and the Lean/ 5-S Tech that actually only caused discent between management and blue collar workers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Bring back the Machining capabilities to Alfa Laval Richmond. And the World Class pipe dream your having that includes Lean drop it. Here's a tip Your either in buisness or your not."
