"The non-compete, the philosophy of upper management, the way employees that didn't have a last name Alexander were treated, and so on..."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Word is spreading around town about your horrible non-compete contract and many talented engineers are staying as far away from you as possible because of it. I suggest you change it so its not so career limiting if an engineer decides to leave AOS."
