What do you like about working at Alerus Financial?
"My coworkers are wonderful. They are helpful and everyone truly supports one another. The managers/directors are fair and open to new ideas. They encourage us to find ways to make our department more efficient and to meet our goals, but it never feels forced, it just seems like they are routing for us."

"Alerus is a wonderful company to work for. Be prepared to work hard, but you'll enjoy doing it."

"At this time, I can not think of something that I do not like."
