"It is a very fun place to work and I have learned a lot, but the amount of work they expect you to do is not realistic. This is due to the sheer number of tickets that are received and the number of staff they have employed."
"I've been working at Aldridge for almost four years now and I have to say that it is an excellent place to work for the technically inspired. You will be thrown into an environment where you will deal with pretty much anything that is IT related, be it Windows, Linux, Cisco, etc. The entry level position is invaluable if you are trying to build experience. Likewise if you are seasoned, you will be part of an elite club of key members with access to key infrastructure. The work schedule can be stressful, but talent is rewarded and opportunities to move up in the company is abundant."
