"I have been pleased to work for Alder for nearly two years now. They are creative, modern, and easy to work with. My only reason for considering leaving would be the compensation and no benefits (no 401K, no health insurance, etc.) for full-time employees at the headquarters. I have had an incredibly positive experience with them, but I feel it is time to move on to bigger and better opportunities."
