"I've worked at Albin Engineering as a recruiter. This 20 year old staffing agency has potential to grow to be a go-to staffing agency in Silicon Valley for tech companies in the area and nationwide. CEO needs to embrace modern office culture with flexibility to work from home or work from wherever. Style and methodology appears to be stuck in the 90s. Tends to refer back to the good ol' days before the 2008 recession and pushes the same processes that no longer works nor is appealing."
