"The answer is two fold. The experience I gain working hand in hand with project engineers and the knowledge I gain from learnng the technical details of what goes into a project and how the products we supply work."

"It isn't an aviation related field. Additionally, benefits are lacking. EG no paid holidays, very expensive insurance..."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Coordintation. I favorite saying I have is that anything is possible through coordination. We work with extremely detailed projects involving many logistical challenges. Mistakes aren't commonplace but many could be avoided through effective communication."
