"I have worked at ANTHC for about 5 months. The company has strong ethical values and works hard to achieve their goal of making the native peoples of Alaska among the healthiest in the world. However, management in certain departments has a hard time working together. Ownership over business processes and data are not defined and often heavily disputed, resulting in many inefficiencies and potentially unnecessary work blockers."
