"Owners are unprofessional and sexist. No career advancement. No proper training. Getting licensed is not a priority, although you're soliciting insurance products. owners use profanity and take advantage of employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat your employees with more respect. Look your employees in the eyes, instead of their chests. Take the industry seriously, and train your employees to sell products they understand. Get your employees licensed! It's unethical, and in violation of insurance laws!"
