"The company is optimistic in their endeavors and their desire to guard and present the artistry of film. They are quick to hire people and there is a great deal of autonomy. With autonomy though, there can be conflict. While the company presents itself as a haven for individualism, there are several individuals in the higher ranks that hold some deep prejudices. If you, in any way, are different from the rest of their employees (be it race, gender identity, religion, or sexual orientation) it can be a very difficult environment to traverse. The seeds of an amazing company are there, though, and I hope that one day it sees fruition."
