"The Collision Industry has gone through some major changes in the last few years. the market place continues to flood, while the business itself is shrinking. Being a foreign company, their market share was alway an obstacle."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I am a team player. I would encourage Regional Managers, and Sales Directors to listen to what Field Agents are experiencing. Develope action plans that coincide with how the market is demanding. Only through proper fact finding and real knowledge of the client demands, can action plans and market strategies truly succeed."
