What do you like about working at Akron Biotechnology?

"Akron was a small innovative biotech company, which was professionally managed. The CEO Claudia Zylberberg was from academic environment (Florida Atlantic University) and was interested in stem cells purification from lipoaspirates. I have been working with development of a method for a single-cell expression of collagenases, which was planned to be used for lipoaspirats processing and stem cells isolation and... it was very exiting!"

What don't you like about working at Akron Biotechnology?

"The company had limited funds and to run the business they have to let go some employees (including me) and hired on the released this way funds other people with different background and different skills. This practice was not long lived and the company had very difficult time during the acute phase of current economical crisis and merged with another one just to survive"
