"The company needs to rotate leadership in and out of the corner office more often. Changing leadership on a frequent base allows for new and better ideas to prosper. Front line supervision and mangers need better people skills and training in corporate policies SOP. The working environment atmosphere needs to change throughout (Honesty) so that employees can develop trust for one another."
