"don't look directly into their eyes! ha...seriously the glamour of the job is not all its cracked up to be especially when you don't get raises, xmas bonuses, good benefits, OT, etc. etc. etc."

"the owners, the benefits, the salary, the treatment, the disregard for others, lack of sharing, lack of motivation, lack of growth opportunity, lack of acknowledgement, lack of diversity, etc, etc, etc...."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"treat the kids that work for you better, pay them more, they are the reason you are successful, not you. it was your idea/plan but they carry it out and execute it every day....$25 is not a xmas bonus, it's a slap in the face! your staff would rather get a thank you and keep up the good work then that. especially when your multi-million dollar homes were built because of guys like KT, BS, DW, JN, SD, DG, KS, BF, etc. etc. etc."
