"Being a consulting company, your assignments may last longer than contracted for, but alternatively, also can be cut short based upon the company assigned to, and their economic status (meaning that company could release their contract on very short notice)."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Only suggestion I have is to keep being aware of their employees and providing them the flexibility they do today. This is a very good company to work for."
