"I don't feel that the recruiter push to get you employed when you are a loyal and dependable worker. I feel that they want to keep making money so they keep sending you out when you want a permanent stable job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To try to place the employee in a permanent position after 3 to 4 months. If the employee has been loyal and has dropped everything when you called and needed someone to work by all means cut them some slack."
