"I started working at AIT in 2017. I was laid off March of 2019. The executive management team was outstanding but I do feel certain supervisors, especially in Purchasing and Manufacturing should have been chosen a little wise (had a few managers in those roles) and was moreso chosen based on friendship of others so bad decisions for the company were made and production/sales started weakening, not that I fault just them. Overall, it was a good company."
