What don't you like about working at AISIN World Corp. of America?
"Long hours, work is unrelated to any college degree earned, random drug testing even for salaried workers, management style is to divert all responsibility to the lowest level but also remain constantly informed such that the credit can be claimed on the occasion something is successful, raises were based on a curve instead of actual performance - that curve was based on manager's favorites rather than contribution: plus it caps anyway."
