What don't you like about working at Aisin Manufacturing?

"Well, I am not complainer, so please don't take this wrong. With top management change and rather extreme cost cutting, then the hours increased dramatically and the ability to get things done was cut and cut more. Aisin did not train their management to manage nor work to improve skill sets. It was frustrating."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't turn Aisin into a Japanese company but into a japanese american company. The Top management stopped listening and developed bad habits of extreme micromanagement."
