"Do not go there if you plan on NOT having illegals next to you."

"lack of safety, and the number of illegals working there."

"DO NOT hire illegals. They are currently using illegals as of 12/ 20/2009"

"you do not need lead people, supervisors, and then managers , to look after and asign jobs to the mechanic."

"Ryan gave me the first heavy expirence. well rounded, engine build up, avionics ect."
What do you like about working at Ryan International Airlines?
"The work varied from line work, hangar, engine build up, avionics program, B-checks(weekend heavy checks)"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Great way to get started in heavy jet, immediate co-workers are great people."
What don't you like about working at Ryan International Airlines?
"Although well organized, the employees were treated very differently between shifts and caused some resentment. A large group hired in at the sametime, company policy would change to keep that group from getting extra benefits (4 week vacations ect.)"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Too many incharge. The outstation manager would change the focus of the base managers orders. supervisors didn't agree with the managers. Some managers took things personal."

"Mesa is abusy company but moves around. My supervisior was the best though."
What do you like about working at Mesa Airlines?
"Take on many roles, sheetmetal, avionics and mechanic. The troubleshooting and many descisions were made by the mechanic making them better troubleshooters."

"Excellent place to get your career started."

"pay was low compared to the cost of the benefits package."

"At my location, the supervisior was great."

"They are a high-profile, international company with impressive aerospace products. They have a diverse aircraft fleet, which means something new every day."

"After the merger with AlliedSignal in 2000, the work became less challenging."

"I like the structure that the Marine Corps provides for you. There are many ways to expand your knowledge, and grow on an individual and team basis."

"Do not wait to take advantage of the education benefits."

"There are not enough controls in place to punish complacent workers"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The Marine Corps Mentoring Program is an incredible tool that gives insight to management about their employees. If this program would be properly taught to the civilian sector, it would make more use of the man hours gained from employees."
