What don't you like about working at Aircell?

"Management says one thing and does something completely different. Aircell started by an IT company and a phone company that got together and decided to modify airliners. They have no idea what it takes to certify an aircraft. They are way over their heads."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You are in the wrong field of work. Go back into IT and phones."
