What do you like about working at Airborne Express?

"I loved the fast pace, information saturated atmosphere. I was in charge of the hubs nightly reports and reported to Regional Management."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Seriously consider the opportunity! I learned a lot of valuable skills from ABX, but my home life was 100 miles away and I couldn't relocate. So, make sure you are nearby and can be flexible to accomidate 3rd shift."

What don't you like about working at Airborne Express?

"It was exclusively 2nd and 3rd shift. I found myself working consistent 12-16 hour nights. Senior management support struggled as the hub had a high turn over in management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Work to establish a work enviornment and schedule that doesn't destroy the associates ability to live outside the hub."
