"Despite such good intentions with regard to its client base, this company treats its most essential and necessary workers as though they're worthless, not valued, and easy to replace. During onboarding/training, I and others were told that we'd receive a "base hourly rate" of $15 along with "incentivized shifts" based on Agent need. At no point in time was this said to be temporary or soon to end. This can only be perceived as a compensation "bait and switch", as the company suddenly and without warning, cut hours/payback in late November of 2022. This went from being one incredible job with reasonable compensation to a $ 15-per-hour gig. Senior Agents who had been with the company for years, along with myself, were left confused and irate, as our hours/income were effectively cut in half and more. Corporate told me that they have no answers for how to proceed in a truly fiscally responsible manner."
