"The contract was temp to hire and they would not hire me although they called me back three times, each time for a temp to hire position, only to have issues with the contract finders fee for hiring. So I refused to take the contract assignment a fourth time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Only take temp to hire contracts if you actually plan on hiring someone."
