What don't you like about working at AIDS Community Resources?

"Was treated very unprofessionally. Given an office in the middle of another department, with no privacy to carry on my duties. Case managers were given private offices, while I was given a cubical in the middle of room. Was not involved in any management decisions even though my past employment would give me good management insight. Denied access to grant finances, yet held responsible for spending."

What suggestions do you have for management?
