"I have worked for this company for over a year now. I love the job I do and the residents and attendings I work with. Unfortunately, my current work environment is hostile. There is poor teamwork and low morale. Very little to no accountability."

"In the first laboratory meeting I attended after my hire the VP stated if you don't like working here, you can quit! This statement was made to the whole staff at the meeting (not to any one specific person). AGS does not care for it's employees and the lab had so many come and go it was unbelievable. Even long-term employees were let go. Don't work here!"

"While I was employed with this company they were doing a lot of cut backs and lay offs. It made everyone in the hospital uneasy as well as formulated an every man for himself type of atmosphere. My direct supervisor was very rude and highly unprofessional. He said and did a lot of things that many companies would not allow from their employees. I would NOT recommend this company for employment to anyone else!"
