"Keep your options open. The idiosyncrasies that exist and become your daily routine will eventually become overwhelming."

What don't you like about working at AHC Media?

"Unfortunately the foward thinking progression that once was, is no longer. The company has been bought out by an investment firm and the integrity of the products, services, and contracts has diminished entirely. The company has downsized from 150 employees to approximately 30. Those 30 carry out the same tasks and are responsible for the same amount of revenue, however resources that are needed to succeed have been taken away making it impossible to do your job effectively."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Communicate effectively, Listen to the needs of your consumer (the individuals who are the bottom line) so that you can at least salvage the integrity of your product before it is too late."
