"I have worked for Agilex for the last 8 months, and it seems that the hiring is very project oriented, without any long term vision. They will hire a very big group of people at once, and then suddenly let go of everyone of them. Hence while the work is challenging, with a good work-life balance, the company does suffer from lack of vision."

"I worked for Agilex for a year and a half and saw some things that were both good and troubling. Generally the relationships between employees and management are good. However there seems to be a disconnect between certain senior management and the engineers. It's apparent that management places no value on the cultivation of in house staff. They appear more willing to hire a skill rather than groom it. As a result, high turnover. Management is not concerned with personal development of workers."
