"They were sophisticated in their technology and always upgrading. They encouraged self-starters and indenpendence. Also a variety of services and accounts."

"Need to be a self starter and follow up on each account often."

"The collection departments were in several locations and difficult to communicate. A lot of duplication with customer service."
