"Been at this company five years, there's been some turnover, however the people that usually come and go are the people that just overall shouldn't be in sales. Great environment, they really hire based on entrepreneurial experience. If you love writing your own paycheck, you love not being micromanaged, and you have the ability and The Gift of Gab. Then this will be a really good place for you. I've been here five years and I've been averaging 80,000 a year which is not bad considering I only worked 35 hours a week.
