  "Aira offers somewhat flexible scheduling, but it always remains in flux and is inconsistent. Aira will hire entirely too many people at once, causing massive scheduling and pay issues that effectively ruin the experience of senior Agents. Rather than focus on employee satisfaction and retention, Aira is all about churn and constantly hiring/training new people, because most quickly realize what a dead-end this job and company are."

  "This job is a great place to start if you’re really into tech and a nerd for electronics like I was. The management is not that good as I feel like and most of my coworkers felt that they don’t care much about their current employees. But overall if you have a good relationship with your managers like I did they will help you out but if you’re there just to work and not connect much with managers they will neglect you and not help you out much with things like time off and just working overall."
