"I worked with Affinity Living Group as one of the first Implementation Teams. The role provided great flexibility and there were remote opportunities. I enjoyed visiting different facilities and providing ways for the facilities to improve themselves. The company , as a whole, was not very organized and the turnover rate was very high, but that came from a Corporate level. Titles were currently being changed and people were changed around from region to region within the timeframe of two weeks to one month. Change is great, especially if the company is growing. There was a huge layoff that was totally unexpected, especially when beginning a new phase for the facilities within the company. This left many employees in shock and they continued to contact their Regional Manager for any issues that they were having, but the Regional manager could not assist them because they were laid off. I feel that there should have been consideration to the employees at the facilities about what was going on in the company and the restructuring that was planned in advance."
