"The company itself is diverse. There are lots of good people working for the company, but the management is horrible and together with the HR department they just screw people over."

"This firm operates in the USA and about 15 foreign countries. It is quite poorly managed and has been subject to extreme pressures from the regulatory agencies in the US and UK. In the US the primary product is credit monitoring; in the rest of world it is a shopping discount club. All of their products rely on "breakage", meaning the customer/subscriber/member does not use the service but accepts the automated monthly charge to their credit card. A handful of "executives" make over $400k/year in the US, while almost all of the foreign staff management make the same, despite virtually no revenue/profit being generated."

"Nice area, Decent benefits, Free Coffee/Tea, Cafeteria, and good parking."

"Just say no Thankyou. H/R needs to be replaced with new people."

"Politics, Lack of work, Lots of gossip, No team direction."

"Need new accounts or move us all to Nashviile, Tenn. Cannot run a business with people doing nothing."

"Just don't even apply unless your desperate for a job. The worst H/R management."

"Constant getting rid of people through layoffs and not laying off Sr Directors and above who are making the big money doing nothing. They dont need all these Directors especially when your letting the people who are working hard go."

"Get rid of Sr Directors and VP's that are not effective."

"If your young and cute you will get an offer, If your over 45---forget it.H/R is known to hire and promote young only --beware-you will be gone too one day."

"Letting the WRONG experience people who know the business go. Employees that built this company and was so helpful when you needed them. Now there is no one to go too. your on your own with inexperience people."

"STOP......laying off the wrong people. The best people are the older employees and they are the first to go...very sad......"

"if you need a paycheck, go for it. If your looking for a career forget it, Until they get rid of the demons that shouldn't be there. You will have no chance to advance."

"Constant living in fear by saying the wrong answer to a client. Upper Management and Human Resources are not on your side. They look for reasons to lay you off after 5 years."

"Get rid of some of the Upper Management team who are weighing down everyone else."

"My immediate team is very seasoned and they are willing to lend a hand at anypoint. I also enjoy rolling up my sleeves and working with the call centers one on one when needed."

"Be open about what you are looking for in a career and be sure to mention project managment skills."

"The culture that upper managment promotes is not healthy and not open to changing past processes when needed."

"They need to listen to front line employees more often. The employees that have direct access to the customers are the ones that have the real feel of what needs to change."
