"I think AFC is too focused on seeing employees as an expense and not an investment, and I think they work backwards because of it. In my opinion, AFC lacks skilled, talented, and dedicated managers and/or leaders who will actively look for the best ways to utilize their best employees and all their employees in productive ways. Currently AFC treats employees very poorly and underpays all of them, also the environment is unsafe and the managers don't actually know their area of expertise."
