"The fact that I couldnt use persuade people in nice ways to give them better focus on jobs instead of calling asking if they want a job and if they say no never call them and hang right up!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give people a chance esp me who put 8 people to work in my 2 week stint and filled a hot job that no one else had leads for I had 8 people when they needed 5 in 2 days work"
