"The ability to run the South Texas Sales District as my own company. The autonomy and the freedom to negotiate price as well as contractual obligations with KEY distributors."

What don't you like about working at Aervoe?

"Poor Benefits plan and an even worse Custome Service Department. Commission and Bonus attainment needs to be more realistic!!!!!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Revamp the customer service department as well as some of the people in R and D as well as the lab. Also, look over the comission and bonus attainment program to help out the Direct Factory Representatives."
