"Small company with growth opportunities. Not so much middle management, so If you do something great, everyone including the C.E.O will here about it! Recognition from my superiors is what motivates me and I was always motivated at Aerosoles."

"Good company, room for advancement, competitive pay, medical/retirement benefits. Great company to start in, not end up in."

What don't you like about working at Aerosoles?

"A small lack of training when I started. Luckily I was able to figure a lot of it out myself. S.O.P. guide lines are badly needed. The way Aerosoles does things changes so often that if you ask three different people how something should be done, you get three different answers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Invest more time and Knowledgeable associates to train new hires. Be consistent with paperwork, filing and analyzing your business results. Even if the methods are not current according to some, at least you can understand the results and speak to your business when asked by Management."
