"AeroMag is a Canadian company that operates in the US, UK and Canada. They recently opened a new branch in Portland. The man who got the branch running is the training supervisor and makes the work environment miserable for 90% of the employees. This would be a great place to work if they could get rid of the training manager because the rest of the management people are cool to work with. The work can be super busy or very boring, depending on the weather. It's fun work. You just have to be willing to work outdoors in bad weather. It's an important job. People's lives are in your hands. The pay is good. Don't expect to move up or get a lot of hours unless you kiss up to the training manager. If he doesn't like you, you won't get hours and you won't move up no matter how well you do your job. If he does like you, he doesn't care how many mistakes you make or what you do wrong, he'll move you up."
