"I was a contractor so I didn't get the first class treatment. The work here is very rewarding but unfortunately the Indy office of AEC has been put together by the Indy Rolls-Royce office and they are unfamiliar with proper software development practices. This has created a very chaotic environment and requires super human efforts to achieve their success."
