"It was a small company. It was my stepping stone to multi-store management. I enjoyed my time there, however it was selling shampoo's and conditioners. I have a passion for fashion, the merchandising, visuals, and the people who have the same drive, and vision."

"It is a whole sale company that only sells to estheticians and salon owners. It is repetitive selling of the same product, for the same client. I had a higher level of passion, I am driven by curiousity of how far we can raise the bar as a team. I was ready for a challenge wehn I left Aerial."
