"I worked for Aereon for 3 years. Overall I had a positive experience. As with every company I have worked with, there were the good parts and bad. Aereon worked to improve the rough parts and become better. After a while there was a stagnation of progress that could not be broken through. This stagnation made it rough to maintain a positive outlook of the future within Aereon. I have made many positive connections with the coworkers there and the supervisors I had. I would recommend that anyone seeking employment here prepare for a good struggle in a company that is seeking continuous improvement."
